Review time folks! wait! don’t run… yet….. because this time I’m reviewing a gadget that from the second I unpacked it I knew I was going to be using every day and you might too. The idea is so simple it is genius. These IC-stands by Brighto fit most cylindrical immersion circulator (they sell different models to fit your IC perfectly ) like the anova, the jules, etc. The design is slick and minimalist. It is made out of stainless steel, brush polished, heavy and sturdy. Before trying these, I would keep my IC units inside the sous vide plastic containers themselves (I know… sexy right?) or rolling around in some drawer with a bunch of other crap, or in plain view very unattractively just lying down on a shelf with a bunch of other clutter. It is obvious I have to work on my kitchen clutter issues in general but these IC stands are already helping quite a bit.
Check out my sous vide cooker… all beat up… a consequence of daily abuse and improper storage. Mainly improper storage.
And let’s be honest, we’re all waiting for wireless electricity to leave the realm of science fiction and become a thing but until then… anything that can help with keeping unruly cables and wires somewhat under control, I’m definitely all for. This IC stand comes with a receptacle for the male connector (is that sexist?…).
And there you have it. I’m not getting paid to write this review btw. The Britgho guys were kind enough to provide a sample to revew and give my honest opinion. Here’s the link to Brighto’s online store. Let me know if you have any questions or leave your comments down below. All of you, take care! Bye bye.
